This dynamic duo founded Garden Partner Landscape Design + Build. Jennifer, a Salt Lake native landscape designer and Johnny, a craftsman from a line of landscape construction entrepreneurs, have been working hard to create landscapes that expand your home beyond four walls while bringing nature back to the neighborhood.
Protect Water and Air
Protecting water and air means building and using drought resistant soils and plants. This means using low volume irrigation, maximizing storm water runoff, and using only natural fertilizer and herbicide.
Create Habitat
Our built landscapes provide food, water and shelter for birds, butterflies and other beneficial insects and creatures. Creating habitat in natural spaces is the best and surest way to provide excellent habitat for Utah wildlife.
Nurture Soil
From the ground up we use techniques to improve and protect soils. Garden Partner uses Mycorrhizal fungi, biochar, compost, and thick mulching to amend soils and encourage a thriving community of microorganisms.
